| Hello my name is Tyrone, very mature 39 year old and loves to work out – especially football. I like to meditate, read, write, bike ride, spend time at a lake, duck feeding, fishing and movies.

Though many of us are imprisoned in some way (either by a limiting belief, illness, or other situation), we all need a helping hand at some point in our lives to lift us up, especially those who’ve changed and want the path to a new life.
