Hello, my name is Marlon. I’m an athletic 48 year old single man with no children. I don’t drink or smoke. I’m looking for friendship. I love music, movies, sports, art, a sense of humor, chess, cooking, and reading. I’m a. Christian, a poet, song writer and a paralegal. I’ve spent the past 26 years proving my innocence of a quadruple homicide (gang related) which occurred in Los Angeles in 1992. I was 19 at the time of my arrest. No evidence linked me to the crime. The prosecution withheld exculpatory evidence from the defense. The police destroyed all evidence prior to my trial. One eye witness identified me as the suspect but he has since recanted his testimony. That witness did not testify at trial. No murder weapon was found. I did not match the description of the suspect. I was not picked out of a live lineup. My alibi witnesses were not called to testify. There was another suspect who was not charged. The surviving victim didn’t believe that I was involved in the shooting. No identification expert was called to testify at my trial. Post-conviction a prestigious identification expert signed an affidavit stating that the key witness identification of me was unreliable due to the police misconduct. My case is one of mistaken identification. I need someone to stand with me. My appeals were denied.

An innocent man spending his life in prison is not justice.
